Terms & Conditions
- The PASS is non-refundable after the PASS start date. (Saturday, April 27, 2024, and on)
- The PASS is not available for pick-up after the use period is over (Sunday, May 6, 2024, and on)
- 4 designs are available for the PASS, and they may be distributed randomly depending on availability.

- All spaces and areas in the palaces are NON-smoking.
- Food, flammable substances, and play equipment are strictly prohibited for entry as the sites are protected as cultural heritage.
How to Use
- Pick-up: K-Royal Palace PASS exchange voucher (QR) code (purchaser’s email) → Exchange for a physical PASS on-site (one-time only)
- Period: Saturday, April 27 – Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 10:00 to 18:00
- Main Location: K-Royal Culture Festival Information Center, Gyeongbokgung Palace (next to the Gyeongbokgung Palace Ticket Office by Gwanghwamun Gate)
- Directions: 161, Sajik-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul (Gyeongbokgung Station, Subway Line 4, Exit 5)
